Due to the recent spike in\nCOVID-19 cases, the NREMT has decided to continue to issue provisional licenses\nto EMRs, EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics who successfully complete and pass the\ncognitive NREMT exam. The provisional license will be issued automatically to\nthose who successfully pass. This allows providers to have an active National\nRegistry Certification until they can take and pass their Psychomotor skills\ntest.
