For many years, the National Registry standards for recertification have included limits on the amount of asynchronous distributive education. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, those limits were waived. However, were you aware that the National Registry of EMTs has resolved to permanently remove all limits on asynchronous distributive education, and the change was fully implemented on September 30, 2022? The recertification deadline of March 31, 2023 is quickly approaching for all EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics, but now you can complete your recertification entirely online.
